Shipping & Tracking

We use either Aramex Courier or Australia Post depending on shipping location.

Items ordered before 6.00am Mon-Fri are shipped on the same day providing the required stock is available.  When your order is been shipped you will receive an email with tracking details.

We use multiple carriers to deliver our online orders. Depending on your order, it will be shipped with one or more of the below carriers.

Delays/Missing parcels

The estimated delivery dates shown on respective delivery partners are median days taken for delivery but there are going to be circumstances out of theirs and our control that might cause a delay. We can’t do anything more than apologise if this happens. You can rest assured the Order was picked, packed, collected, loaded and sent as quickly as humanly possible. We simply can’t intervene and make it arrive sooner. We know as much as you know when this happens – we track the delivery the same way you do.
